Driven by wrath, wanted convict Milton (Nicolas Cage) escaped from hell in order to avenge the death of his daughter and save her abducted baby. Caught in a race against time, Milton only has three days to avoid capture, get the revenge that he wants, and eventually save her granddaughter from being sacrificed beneath the full moon by the cult followers. Joining him is the young, smart and sexy waitress Piper (Amber Heard), who is willing to liberate her ex-boyfriend’s cherry red muscle car in order to help Milton in his revenge. Together, they set off a trail following the cult’s leader, Jonah King (Billy Burke) and his merciless followers. The rescue spins out of control as the chase gets even bloodier by the mile, leaving bodies scattered along the highway. Will they be able to rescue the baby just in time?
